  • Infringes Rights: Infringes upon the intellectual property, copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights of others (including creating deepfakes or unauthorized non-consensual imagery of real people).

Enforcement: We employ robust content moderation filters. Any attempt to bypass these filters or violation of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without a refund.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: You own all rights to the images you generate using Nanobanana 2.
  • Commercial Use: You are free to use your generated images for commercial purposes.
  • License to Us: By using the Service, you grant us a license to host and process your prompts and generations solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
